It is colorless and bright with a strong aroma of banana and vanilla. The flavor is a fruit boquet with strong banana and pineapple. There is also quite a bit of vanilla. It is fairly sweet. For a white rum, it has an incredible amount of complexity. It can be enjoyed neat or add a great deal of character to a mixed drink.
