Heavy vanilla, baking spice, and dried fruit. Cherries, banana and oak with some anise coming through. Very smooth given the alcohol content (my bottle came in at 54.4%) The caramel candy finish comes with a splash of chili. Beautiful release. Definitely top shelf.
