Nice earthy feel with light floral hints and very sweet iodine vanilla. The water removes the smoke, but the earthiness remains, sweet fruits appear - plums and apricots. On the palate, the smoke is very well balanced, because you can feel the sweet fruits and nice dark chocolate with dried sweet fruits. The finish is long, earthy, dark chocolate and earthy potatoes and apricot fruit powder.
