Primarily sweet on the tongue with a subtle burn and a tinge of bitterness. Butter pancake syrup, cinnamon, clove, charred sugarcane, and lime. Medium to full bodied, with a pillowy mouthfeel calling to mind the clouds surrounding the San Cristobal volcano. Legs are sparse and fleeting yet attractive, with well developed teardrops.
