A very smooth and solid bourbon from Smoke Wagon. COLOR: "Yellow Wheat"; NOSE: corn; sour-dough bread; hints of rye or mint; PALATE: Somewhat dry of the taste.."leather" (not bad!), but notes of corn, vanilla and a rye/spice....the FINISH: It turns warm and the dryness fades away. A rather smooth finish and leaves the back/roof of my mouth pleasantly warm. ADDING 3 drops of Limestome water will..... bring forth amplified dryness, and accent the grassy/wheat-ish notes. ADDING 2 MORE drops of water (now 5 total).... reduces the dryness and pulls in the vanilla & hints of bread!! So, better with a large ice cube, in my opinion (?).
