Fresh and citrusy. Aromas of low-cooked sugar, focused and linear. Fresh cherry pops and spreads out nicely. Into the mid-palate, it plushes out wonderfully. Adds notes of roasted cashew and cinnamon. Such a great, pretty texture. This is grippy but also generous, with dried apple and a classic cherry finish, with a rounded, soft texture all the way through.
