⚠️ [NOTE 1: Price reflects one 750-mL bottle ordered via DoorDash (excluding all taxes, shipping/delivery, fees, gratuity/tips, discount codes, etc.).]
⚠️ [NOTE 2: Tasting notes below reflect approximately 1.5 oz consumed neat at room temperature in a Glencairn glass from a newly purchased bottle, over the course of approximately 15 minutes from start to finish. Two drops of bottled water were added roughly halfway through.]
👁 OPTICS | Dark apple-juice colored. Thin, with mild—almost gelatinous—viscosity. Generally transparent.
👃 OLFACTION | Overpowered by extremely pungent smell equally reminiscent of ethanol, acetone, and orchard fruit (particularly green apple and pear). Quite off-putting...almost nauseatingly so.
👅 PALATE | Immediate honeyed fruit-like sweetness, followed by generic "baking spiciness" and a pleasantly glowing ethanol warmth. Careful focus reveals the same green (bordering sour) apple and synthetic pear notes present olfactorily.
👄 MOUTHFEEL | Medium weight, bordering thin and watery; warming (nearly hot) and slightly drying.
🏁 FINISH | Surprisingly long, primarily of black pepper, cheap charcoal smoke/ash, and a smidge of honey.
