Wow right out of the bottle you could smell the Sherry notes with a slight reddish tint to the deep golden bronze color. This particular bottle is listed as Pedro Ximenez sherry cask aged. Slight smokey aroma, flavors of cherry, nuts, and muted caramel finish. Nice little pour.
