Not as sweet and rich as other Bourbons I’ve tried. Carmel, vanilla, and toffe followed by a spicy finish. I’m more of a rye drinker so I enjoyed it, but I could see how some Bourbon drinkers may not. Went to the distillery a year ago and it’s a very nice place.
