This is Barrel No. 1752 exclusive for Georgia. Aged 8yr 10mo Char Level: 3 Barrel Type: New American Oak Mash Bill: 72% corn, 18% rye, 5% wheat, 5% malted barley at 121.2 proof. Classic Bourbon nose with some other stuff going on. Leans brighter vs. oaky. I'd probably guess 8-10 years old if I didn’t know. Drinks around 105-110 proof. Super smooth on the initial sip and then goes a little tannic. Definitely leans sweeter over darker. Begs for subsequent sips as you try to pick it the different flavors are on the subtle side which ultimately ends up being a pretty straight forward Bourbon with some brighter notes. I'm looking forward to revisiting this one. This would be fun to sneak into a blind for those who only drink "Kentucky Bourbons". Well done Redwood Empire!
