Though not a very "classic" expression of gin, in my view, this is one of my favorite gins. It's a little fruit forward for a gin but so delicious. I love the warmth that comes from the apple notes (cooked apple, cinnamon, apple cobbler), but it's still very recognizably a gin, with juniper and bay leaf still prominent.
