Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Nose:
Warm and inviting. Dried fruit notes of raisin and fig, with a golden honeyed sweetness. Light polished oak and soft sherry influence.
Palate:
Warm with mild spice. Pleasant silky, slightly oily texture. Sherried sweetness balanced by gentle oak and subtle vanilla.
Finish:
Warm and lingering. Soft dried fruit and oak spice remain nicely without any harsh alcohol burn.
Overall:
Very enjoyable and well integrated. Elegant rather than bold. Not as explosive as A’Bunadh, but refined and easy to return to.
