If you get a chance to snag a bottle of this 125 proof, do it. Amazing nose, rich flavors and a good mouthfeel with a nice finish. Doesn’t drink like a higher proof rye and maintains a beautiful spice profile through the palate. Had it at a local restaurant and now on the hunt for a bottle!
