NEAT NOSE - Beautiful Nose. Wildflower Honey. Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and Root Beer with some Vanilla PALATE - The characteristic “Garrison barnyard” note is here but its very refined. It’s subtle and sweet. There’s a ton of honey and charred oak on the palate. FINISH - The finish starts with alot of oak and then some dark cherries come through from all the oak. BUY -Absolutely. BUY AGAIN? - Yes. Such a unique pour and a big step up from the small batch.
