The entry level Dalmore is just that. Plain, simple, and generic. I get primarily oak, woodiness, and bourbon spice. Stick around a little longer and you'll finally catch some orange, with more spice in the finish. Do yourself a favor and go for the 15 year instead. Expensive, but a vast improvement, and has stand out character.
