The nose is sweet, with a hint of black licorice/anise that doesn't come through on the palate. Palate is sweet, with some vanilla, and I think some bready notes that reminds me of some glazed sweet rolls I had as a kid around the holidays. Good poor, glad I got it at Costco, not sure if dig this at $100, but it is an easy interesting pour nonetheless.
