On the nose, juniper up front, then a strong whiff of neutral ethanol, which gives way to faint lemon peel, coriander, and orris. Creamy mouthfeel. More juniper and noticeable ethanol on the palate, plus more lemon peel and coriander, then some cardamom on the finish. A little bit of heat on the medium-length finish, but not too bad. A shame – without the strong chemical ethanol note, it would be a decent gin.
2.25/5.00 – Mediocre (neat)
