Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Nose- baking spice (cinnamon and clove) and vanilla.
Palate- initial spice, not over powering. Slightly sweet with brown sugar and caramel.
Finish- cinnamon and vanilla lead the finish with a mellow oak finish. Slight smoke, but very slight. The spice lingers to the finish with a nice brown sugar and cinnamon sweetness. The spice lingers as well.
Overall- A light bodied 10 year bourbon. Very approachable bottled in bond whiskey. I enjoy it very kuch as it gives a little but of everything and is well balanced. Nice spice level, nice sweetness level, and not over powering. A great whiskey for anything from sipping to a cocktail.
