Review #75 - Others #3 ABV - 47% Aspect - Crystal clear colour, oily and long legs. Nose - Very intriguing for my first neat gin tasting...grapefruit, alcohol, spice, pepper, mint, anise, lemon. Wonderfully interesting nose. Palate - Insane alcohol burn, yet creamy texture pepper, pine and pine tree sap, mint, anise, lemon, grapefruit. Finish - Long, very sharp spicy still, pepper, creaminess fades, anise, orange...slight almondy tone on the after-taste. Extremely intriguing aromatics which are essential for expanding my vocabulary, but not enough to convert me to gins.
