Review #77 - Others #5 ABV - 40% Aspect - Crystal clear colour, oily in glass with slow legs. Nose - Really nice nose, sweet, anise, mint, spices, pepper, sharp, herbal. Palate - Creamy front-end, sweet, anise, orange, subtle lemon perhaps, pepper, eucalyptus. Finish - Med length, fading aromas from the palate. The last times I tried it I really wasn't a fan...it might be due to that horrid bitter I just had before, but now I really quite enjoyed this ouzo. Oxidation in the bottle might have also been beneficial.
