Review #385 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Clear with a slightly pink hue. Nose: Strawberry is the only note I’m getting. Palate: Strawberry again fading to more of a classic gin. Finish: Short length with medium heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 6/10 - I’ve been trying more gin lately, and this sounded like an interesting take. Having tried it neat, I’d say this is definitely bound to be a mixer.
