Rough, strong peppery burn up front that eventually gives way to light oak, crisp, sweet and rich roasted agave and lingering white pepper. Beneath the rough exterior it's great, and the aftertaste is delicious. Unfortunately the peppery burn overpowers the other flavours, even when mixed. $31 in Ontario.
