Primarily oak and caramelized brown sugar on the nose. Vanilla and caramel. Black liquorice is faintly present. Orange peel.
On the tongue a spicy rye tang is matched by vanilla- and honey-sweet oak. Slight touches of bourbony corn and sherry. Ginger and pepper heat.
