Nose - Briny grain sweetness, sweet floral notes, fresh baked sweet brioche bread, faint hints of clementine/tangerine.
Taste - Lightly briny, cinnamon-like heat, light green oak bitterness, tart apples and pears, brown sugar, hint of chocolate covered malted milk balls.
Finish - Faint lingering cinnamon heat, briny sweetness, herbal sweetness.
