Well, at the beach house with the kids waiting for Sharknado 4 and poured a dram from my nephew's share. The nose is an amplified Makers Mark of vanilla, cinnamon, cherry and leather. Viscous body that delivers an oaky and ground cinnamon palate with a touch of honey and vanilla. The cinnamon spice quickly intensifies and as quick it crescendos it fades. The mouth is left dry and oaky and vanilla notes linger about. Add some ice or water to quell the cinnamon intensity and oak tannins. Perfect dram for a Sharknado. [85/100][7/31/16]
