Absolutely fantastic. Excuse my exuberance. The nose is iodine, seaweed and the sea. It is also fruity and sweet, with just a hint of lemon. The palate is a bit oily and salty. The smoke and pepper follow and fill every bit of your mouth. There is an underlying sense of vanilla. The long lovely after taste is as if you came upon a smothered fire at the beach. You can just see the wisps of smoke rising and swirling around one another. You half expect your woolly jumper will smell of smoke.
