Nose: vanilla, cinnamon, a hint of oak. Palate: orange rink, fresh sawdust, a bit of honey. Finish is long and spicy. Water adds a nice spiciness to both the nose and the palate. Much preferred to neat! Overall: a very pleasant “easy sipper”.
