I'm back baby! Opening my winter drinking collection this week, time to get back into the swing of weekly reviews! This one surprised me, the most amiable affordable blend I've had to date, full-stop. First aromas are of intense pear blossom and gentle caramelized banana. A touch hot with hints of polish but in my opinion the only offending flaw. Bright and copacetic sweet apple and soft floral honey on the palate. Simple complimenting malty finish. So easy to drink, the perfect affordable dram to keep handy, for medicinal purposes only of course...

Can't believe I'm on the hook for my dry glass notes 🙄 😂 They won't be missing in the future! This one was just a bit too simple and innocent to merit that kind of scrutiny... a dull beeswax, at best!
Yeah, I miss the dry glass description too. I tried this one recently at a whiskey tasting event. Not enough of a sample to put together a description, but enough to know that I liked it. Sometimes thats all you need.
Glad to see you posting again. No Dry Glass note (ha ha)? Always look forward to those notes. Love this Bushmills and their other products. Usually pour myself a dram of Black Bush whenever I light a cigar up (which is not too often).
😂 LOL, actually, I'm a bit of a tea snob too! Haven't you ever had a Lapsang Souchong made in a traditional Yixing teapot?
Welcome back! Thought we lost you to maybe beer or, god forbid, tea.
