Tasted neat. Really enjoyable nose with dark fruit notes under a perfect Bourbon scent. Taste was smoother than I expected at proof, with spice emerging and eventually bringing in the heat of 127 proof. Really well balanced for strength with underlying oak. Imagine some water or ice would open this up a lot. Solid Bourbon!
