Seaweed, salt, toasted raisin bread on the nose. On the pallet, more seaweed like those sheets you get in Ramen, Marzipan, light to medium smoke. Has an oily nutty note like salted walnuts. The body is medium in oily viscosity and does a fine job coating my mouth. Bready salty smoky sweetness lingers for a decent amount of time and ends with a salty sea weed dryness on the tongue. At 43% ABV, I find this very drinkable and balanced between prominent, but not overbearing, smoke/peat and sweeter caramely bready fatty nutty notes.
