Sweet nose that turns to maple syrup with some water. Taste is milder and almost bland compared to the nose. Mildly sweet and fruity with oak and spice notes. The spice note is interesting, with a hint of celery salt or fennel. There was nothing offensive about this dram. Easy drinking. My only knock is that it's a bit boring.
