Having now bought the American Oak and Three Wood as well, this is by far the best of the three. The reviewers refer to a cereal taste. We found it perfect with a bowl of Scottish porridge with cream and dark sugar. The cinnamon and honey flavors of the dram really shine through. Very smooth too.
