Honey, melon, floral, chalky walnuts, hints of smoke & brine, oak, pear, vanilla, oatmeal cookie. As the label suggests it's very fragrant & complex. I could get lost in the nose. Flavor is enjoyable and easy drinking. Nothing mind blowing but an enjoyable dram. If you can get a shot of this or buy the 20cl I highly recommend going this route. I don't see myself buying an entire bottle.
