This scotch is well done with different layers of smokes. Like camp fire followed with bacons crisps with some sea salt at the end. The smoke is not an explosion but rather a well maintained evolution that last around 15-20 seconds. A lot of depth. The texture is rich and oily. UPDATE: The bottle half empty, it's still a great scotch, but it has lost all its oily-bacon side. A very dry final. Not the same stoch anymore. It's like the oil has evaporated. The final is shorter too. Opened the bottle 1 month ago and stored it in a cool and dark room. I down rated 1 star
