Overpowering Banana Smoothie on palate and finish. I ended up preferring non-Barrel Proof Jack Daniel's Single Barrel and Gentleman Jack over this due to that. However, this used to be the only Jack Daniels I kinda liked, until I couldn't stand that single overpowering note any longer. Friends seem to like, however. Sweet and deceptively mild for barrel strength, thanks to the Tennessee charcoal filtering. Interesting to set on fire and see the roasted banana flavor come forward even stronger, but as something kinda unique. For those who love Jack Daniel's, they must try this as it's a whole other experience completely different from Jack Daniel's Single Barrel.
