Lots of vanilla on nose, some baking spice. A lot less sour and a lot more mature smelling than reserve blend. Taste has a lot of wood and drying tannings, lot of vanilla, a little banana, and spice in certain spots of the pallette. A little hotter than reserve blend, presumably due to higher abv. Finish is long, spicy, and vanillay.
