Powerhouse best cut with a little water. Bold and flavorful with a big clove/cinnamon/pepper spice finish. EDIT ** Upon re-visiting, all the above stands true, but new notes popped out. Slightly smoky, somewhat one-dimensional nose, with bold oak and sweet corn in the middle. Tannic, green oak reminiscent of an over-the-top Chardonnay. Still a decent pour. Not worth what I paid, but good none the less.
