Talisker 10yr- nose: smoked salty meat, hint of sweet in there. taste is wood smoke, salt, marine character, mineral: like licking a rock as a kid (don't ask), a little sweet, a little peat, nice warm peppery smokey finish With time a sweetness shows up more in the taste, dark dried fruit. One of my top 3 scotches. Possibly #1
