You can certainly tell by the color that this is aged fairly longer. Amber in color, smells of nail polish and, if you tilt your glass a certain way it seems, faint vanilla (directly above the glass as opposed to nose inside the glass). I taste a peppermint and tree bark / jerky, and immediately my mouth and lips have a numb, but tingling feeling at the same time. Burn sensation is medium, but no overbearing, then finishing with dark chocolate.

2nd round of tasting I smell more butterscotch
