The nose is mouthwatering smoke from the bbq grill and lemon rind. The palate is supercharged peat, creamy vanilla, lemon and dark chocolate. It's surprisingly sweet-- more so than the nose lets on. The long finish is like a belch after a meal of carnitas and black tea. In a good way.
