Light peat aroma with faint fruity/woody lingering at the end. Light body and color which I would expect from 10 year. Peat gives this a savory BBQ flavor. Taste a little like beef jerky at first but the finish goes somewhere I can't explain with words and I can't say I enjoyed the finish.
