Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Color: Deep amber
Nose: Dried fruit like raisins, plums, and a bit of apricot. Some apple hiding deep in there, too. Almond, thyme, and a hint of vanilla lie underneath.
Taste: Sherry, plums, grape right up front, with oak and vanilla coming through in the middle.
Finish: Long, fruity, and delicious. The sherry lingers on your palate just to let you know that it's there for you, comforting you.
