Very good. Sharp start but very good, vanilla finish. A definite keeper. Had another taste a few months later after having some Elijah Craig Small Batch 12 (which is good). The Williams was smother than the Elijah. Flavor not quite as prominent but good. (Just realized I also had the regular Evan Willaims - which is not as good the single barrel - but good nonetheless.
