Smokey, bright vanilla on the nose. Smoother, with light earthy soil tones on the palette. Citrus is well in the background. Sweet.
One of my favorite finishes on a mezcal: a decrescendo that doesn't overstay it's welcome.
I suspect a bourbon or whiskey drinker could also appreciate this. Recommended either way.
