Honey colored, light bodied with a watery mouthfeel. Nose: charred oak, molasses, caramel apple. Smooth. Palate: oak, caramel sweetness. Some apples and spice in the middle. Finish is quick and tart with more oak and a touch of apple. 1.25/5 - I’d take this over Jim beam white or jack Daniels old No7, but otherwise I wouldn’t do anything but mix it with cola.
