Nose: cherry sweetness accented by vanilla and very soft hints of oak. Palate: Cherry & vanilla sweetness, soft at first but it become harsher, increasing in spiciness-cinnamon/cloves. Finish is very dry, a bit harsh. Dry cherry-oak flavor is left behind. Color is dark honey, body is light-medium. Despite the harsher finish, mouthfeel is fairly silky.
