Dark amber in color. Lighter bodied whiskey with a velvety mouth feel.
Nose: soft vanilla sweetness with ripe apple followed by a bit of caramel and a little oak in the back. Zero ethanol despite the 110 Proof.
Palate: caramel sweetness and rich fruit at the front, spiciness heats up in the middle. Finish is medium length and fairly hot but still pleasant and not all that dry, with lingering caramel and spice.
I’d give it above a 4.5/5 so 5 stars on here 🥃

@cascode you can't go wrong with Pikesville! The 110 proof can be hot on some sips, but it's 100% worth it.
Hmm, this has been on my to-do list for a while. Looks like it just moved to the front of the queue.
