This is accurate Adaminak. I also noticed the variation. Understanding that the cask process can differ, this one for some odd reason did change and wasn't as bold in flavs.

I'm starting to wonder if they aren't suffering from a bit of batch variation trying to meet demand...the last bottle I had was definitely not as good as the previous bottles; much thinner, and the flavor had a bitter component not previously present.
