first taste was shocking. as I was expecting last year's profile, the spice and less sweetness clued me in to a change. once I dried my tears, I concluded this batch is pretty good. if you want the sweetness, less burn and the secondary flavors - hold it in your mouth for a while..... profile changes greatly. I like it with a little water or Ice cube.
