Nose: vanilla, caramel, medicinal antiseptic Mouthfeel: all very light classic bourbon. Not too spicy, not too sweet, not too toffee, not too oily. A hint of leather. Not to say that it’s bad but that it’s not a big bourbon. It’s pleasant and polite. Good sipper neat that won’t blow your chest away with heat. Finish: short. Very small slight bite of heat at the end. Solid decent great value bourbon. It’s not going to blow you away but it will never let you down. It’s no Ferrari of bourbons. It’s a more dependable Camry. Buy it for everyday drinking.
